Narrative:

Center requested that we climb to cross 30 mi west of waco as to reach either 21000' or 22000', I can't recall. I reached the altitude at 28 mi west, missed by 2 mi crossing. I used 320 KTS in climb until the last 2000-3000' where I used 280 KTS. Should have not followed captain's order to use 320 KTS to meet crossing.
