Narrative:
No abnormalities observed during preflight. In cruise at 23000 ft when loud 'bang' heard. Plane flying normally. Noticed flap indicator showing down about 15-20 degrees. Thought maybe flap problem. Nothing observed from captain's side window. Co-pilot looked and observed entire right wing locker had departed aircraft. Descended--slowed to maneuvering speed---made normal approach and landing.
