Narrative:
I would like to suggest that ASOS/AWOS weather reports be made available on the NWS/NOAA web site. The metars are readily displayed on the web site; but not the ASOS/AWOS reports. There are private weather suppliers that do collect and tabulate ASOS/AWOS reports and these are available at many FBO's and these are very helpful in providing a more complete weather presentation than by presenting only metars as is now the case with the NOAA product. I believe this is a very pertinent safety issue and urge you to take whatever action necessary to have NOAA provide this information.
