After takeoff; out of 10;000 ft the captain noticed the left CSD oil temperature close to caution range. We monitored it and the temperature climbed into caution range. We started QRH procedure but the CSD outlet temperature climbed over red line. Unable to comply with QRH procedure due to MEL 24-1a on right engine generator. Declared emergency returned to the departure airport and landed overweight.
