Narrative:
We pushed back from the gate and taxied; having completed all checklist duties; for departure on runway 25R. When cleared for takeoff; all indications were normal and before takeoff checks were completed. As the thrust levers were advanced; the right engine flamed out; the EICAS indicated no take off data; and engine 2 failure. It was a low speed abort and we cleared the runway without incident and called operations and maintenance. There were no indications of damage. The engine was restarted and we taxied back to the gate.
