Narrative:
Flying downwind for runway 01 at pattern altitude a third pilot in the pattern reported he was directly below us. We could not see him, but he had to see us as he was flying a low wing and all he had to do was look up. It was obvious to me and my instrument aboard he was in a hurry in a faster airplane and took advantage of the regulation that the aircraft at the lower altitude had the priority.

Title: NMAC BETWEEN SMA SMA IN TRAFFIC PATTERN AT NON TWR ARPT.
Narrative: FLYING DOWNWIND FOR RWY 01 AT PATTERN ALT A THIRD PLT IN THE PATTERN RPTED HE WAS DIRECTLY BELOW US. WE COULD NOT SEE HIM, BUT HE HAD TO SEE US AS HE WAS FLYING A LOW WING AND ALL HE HAD TO DO WAS LOOK UP. IT WAS OBVIOUS TO ME AND MY INSTR ABOARD HE WAS IN A HURRY IN A FASTER AIRPLANE AND TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THE REGULATION THAT THE ACFT AT THE LOWER ALT HAD THE PRIORITY.
