Narrative:
We departed den, runway 17L, with a clearance to climb out on runway heading. Runways 8L and 8R were in use as normal departure runways this day. Our weight precluded their use though. Just moments after takeoff we noticed light transport Y climbing at a high angle right turn through our intended flight path. He had taken off from either runway 8R or runway 8L, I don't know which. I feel the probable cause of this problem was due to our controller (runway 17) not coordinating properly with the controller handling the departures off runways 8L and 8R.

Title: NEAR COLLISION BETWEEN ACR-LGT DEP FROM RWY 17L AND ACR-LTT DEP FROM RWY 8.
Narrative: WE DEPARTED DEN, RWY 17L, WITH A CLRNC TO CLB OUT ON RWY HDG. RWYS 8L AND 8R WERE IN USE AS NORMAL DEP RWYS THIS DAY. OUR WT PRECLUDED THEIR USE THOUGH. JUST MOMENTS AFTER TKOF WE NOTICED LTT Y CLBING AT A HIGH ANGLE RIGHT TURN THROUGH OUR INTENDED FLT PATH. HE HAD TAKEN OFF FROM EITHER RWY 8R OR RWY 8L, I DON'T KNOW WHICH. I FEEL THE PROBABLE CAUSE OF THIS PROB WAS DUE TO OUR CTLR (RWY 17) NOT COORDINATING PROPERLY WITH THE CTLR HANDLING THE DEPS OFF RWYS 8L AND 8R.
