Narrative:
On approach to runway 24; noted at approximately 4 mile final that runway lights were not illuminated; advised tower and they turned on runway lights. At approximately a 2 mile final; noticed crj approaching the left edge of our runway after they landed on runway 30R. Called tower to confirm the crj on our runway and they originally said we were good to continue and still cleared to land. Crj disclosed that they had crossed the white runway sideline. At this point tower advised us to go-around and that they would give us a right 360 back to land runway 24. As we began to climb we asked tower what heading they would like us to fly and they advised heading 240. We were then instructed to enter a left downwind for runway 30L and accepted a short approach clearance to an uneventful landing on runway 30L. After flight; called tower to ask what they witnessed and was informed: 'crj landed runway 30R; missed their turn off at taxiway 'south'; and crossed onto runway 24. A traffic alert was noted and you were sent around.'
