Narrative:

We were on a one mile final; lahso operation for 35C was in effect to facilitate crossing down field; with 9;000 feet of runway available. There was a B767 waiting to cross; and the controller cleared him to cross. The captain refused; saying he'd wait for us to land. Tower then ordered him across; so we landed with him on the same runway. While I'm fully capable of landing in the required distance; landing on the same runway where another aircraft is operating is really dumb. The risk reward here is tilted so far in the favor of risk that I can't believe I'm even filling out this report. What will you guys agree to next to save a few minutes of taxi time?
