Narrative:
During preflight a fleet service clerk notified my first officer of aircraft damage near aft baggage compartment. First officer found a tear in right wing fillet forward of the aft baggage compartment door. He notified me and we entered it in log and called maintenance. We brought this same aircraft into mco the night before. A post-flight inspection was performed the night before and no discrepancies were noted.
