Narrative:
*First officer relates flight crew problems that culminated in his being removed from the flight pattern and being replaced by another first officer. Problems apparently strike related. Unable to contact first officer reporter but callback to third party reporter revealed that they have not been able to convene a meeting of the parties concerned. The association has a committee set up to handle these strike related problems and they will pursue this until settled. This first officer has been involved in a similar problem with another captain. Captain in this situation maintains he had the first officer removed because he made a call to ord approach controller about speed after the captain specifically said, 'if they want you to slow, they'll tell you.'
