Narrative:
Taxiing into gate on the taxi line the right wingtip collided with a cement truck which was doing construction on the departure end of runway 15. It appeared the aircraft was clear from our view in the cockpit. There was a construction worker next to the truck who made no effort to warn/stop the aircraft before the collision. His truck was apparently parked well within the normal 10' wingtip clearance afforded by taxiing on the taxi line. Our marshalling personnel were in the correct position and attempted to stop the aircraft, but the collision had already occurred. The aircraft was unable to maneuver to the left because an medium large transport and a fuel truck were parked in. Immediate action required. Bur should provide qualified personnel around the construction area to ascertain that all construction personnel/equipment operates clear of aircraft. This should include wing walkers when equipment/personnel are in the safety zone (10' wingtip clearance) of taxiing aircraft.

Title: PARKING MLG STRUCK CEMENT TRUCK WITH WINGTIP.
Narrative: TAXIING INTO GATE ON THE TAXI LINE THE RIGHT WINGTIP COLLIDED WITH A CEMENT TRUCK WHICH WAS DOING CONSTRUCTION ON THE DEP END OF RWY 15. IT APPEARED THE ACFT WAS CLEAR FROM OUR VIEW IN THE COCKPIT. THERE WAS A CONSTRUCTION WORKER NEXT TO THE TRUCK WHO MADE NO EFFORT TO WARN/STOP THE ACFT BEFORE THE COLLISION. HIS TRUCK WAS APPARENTLY PARKED WELL WITHIN THE NORMAL 10' WINGTIP CLRNC AFFORDED BY TAXIING ON THE TAXI LINE. OUR MARSHALLING PERSONNEL WERE IN THE CORRECT POS AND ATTEMPTED TO STOP THE ACFT, BUT THE COLLISION HAD ALREADY OCCURRED. THE ACFT WAS UNABLE TO MANEUVER TO THE LEFT BECAUSE AN MLG AND A FUEL TRUCK WERE PARKED IN. IMMEDIATE ACTION REQUIRED. BUR SHOULD PROVIDE QUALIFIED PERSONNEL AROUND THE CONSTRUCTION AREA TO ASCERTAIN THAT ALL CONSTRUCTION PERSONNEL/EQUIP OPERATES CLEAR OF ACFT. THIS SHOULD INCLUDE WING WALKERS WHEN EQUIPMENT/PERSONNEL ARE IN THE SAFETY ZONE (10' WINGTIP CLRNC) OF TAXIING ACFT.
