Narrative:
ATC had cleared us to our gate via the inner ramp after landing on runway 3C at dtw. I had finished the after landing checklist and had called ramp control. I came back to the ground frequency that the captain had been monitoring. We were half way past our turn when I questioned the captain about our taxi clearance. He had missed the turn, we were almost about to cross 9-27 so I called ground and told them we had missed our turn and asked if we could taxi down 9-27 which was inactive according to the ATIS. We watched an small aircraft taxi into takeoff position after we were already on the runway. Ground said that tower had cleared them for takeoff. We taxied clear off the runway and into our gate uneventfully. It was the last leg of a long day. We had get homeitis, so the captain was taxiing faster than normal. It could have been prevented by taxiing slower so that once we realized we missed our turn we could have stopped the aircraft west/O slamming on the brakes. I do not hesitate now to tell the captain 'where's the fire?'.

Title: ACR MLG UNAUTH RWY CROSSING ENTRY.
Narrative: ATC HAD CLRED US TO OUR GATE VIA THE INNER RAMP AFTER LNDG ON RWY 3C AT DTW. I HAD FINISHED THE AFTER LNDG CHKLIST AND HAD CALLED RAMP CTL. I CAME BACK TO THE GND FREQ THAT THE CAPT HAD BEEN MONITORING. WE WERE HALF WAY PAST OUR TURN WHEN I QUESTIONED THE CAPT ABOUT OUR TAXI CLRNC. HE HAD MISSED THE TURN, WE WERE ALMOST ABOUT TO CROSS 9-27 SO I CALLED GND AND TOLD THEM WE HAD MISSED OUR TURN AND ASKED IF WE COULD TAXI DOWN 9-27 WHICH WAS INACTIVE ACCORDING TO THE ATIS. WE WATCHED AN SMA TAXI INTO TKOF POS AFTER WE WERE ALREADY ON THE RWY. GND SAID THAT TWR HAD CLRED THEM FOR TKOF. WE TAXIED CLR OFF THE RWY AND INTO OUR GATE UNEVENTFULLY. IT WAS THE LAST LEG OF A LONG DAY. WE HAD GET HOMEITIS, SO THE CAPT WAS TAXIING FASTER THAN NORMAL. IT COULD HAVE BEEN PREVENTED BY TAXIING SLOWER SO THAT ONCE WE REALIZED WE MISSED OUR TURN WE COULD HAVE STOPPED THE ACFT W/O SLAMMING ON THE BRAKES. I DO NOT HESITATE NOW TO TELL THE CAPT 'WHERE'S THE FIRE?'.
