Narrative:

During preflight the left outboard tire looked like it had low air pressure. I called it in and a mechanic confirmed it had 70 psi of air. This tire did not have a gage. I am certain it had flown several days in this condition as there was a write up nearly a month ago regarding low tire pressure. It looks as though the wrong tire was checked and signed off. This is the second tire I have found with pressure less than 110 psi and no gages installed that has flown at least one leg in this condition.
