Narrative:
Visual approach to runway 24R. Approximately 1;500 ft gear down and flaps at 20; captain asked for flaps 25. Airspeed within limits. Flap handle placed to 25 and flaps stopped between 20 and 25 degrees. EICAS message of 'trailing edge flaps disagree.' captain executed a go around. I ran procedure in QRH. Emergency declared. Visual approach performed to runway 25L. Landing uneventful; taxied to gate.

Title: A B767-200 flight crew received a trailing edge flap disagree EICAS warning on approach; initiated a go around; performed the appropriate checklists and landed uneventfully after declaring an emergency.
