Narrative:
[We] got cleared for a visual to 23. We had a 65 KTS tailwind so the downwind descent was tough with flight idle and flight spoilers out. Made a left turn in heading mode to jixar and preset 2;400 ft. The wind and turbulence were both strong and windshear had been reported through the area that day. Got the VASI in sight and continued the approach using raw data and at one point in the mountain valley the aircraft began a sink into it as many know who have landed on 23. I corrected for the sink there and got what the captain and I determined was an erroneous stick shaker for a millisecond. On short final the bumps and airspeed were both changing quickly. We were not near the bottom of 'the barber poll' at all but at the bottom the reference bug and correcting quickly. We both just heard the stick shaker pop off for a split second and continued the approach as we both thought it was erroneous. There was windshear at the time but we did not get a warning or caution. After we pulled off the runway I told him I thought I heard the shaker go off for a split second but didn't know why or if I even felt it. He agreed and said immediately that he thought it was erroneous also. I was behind the approach as far as glide path. Had to correct for many different things unique to that 23 approach into crw i.e. Winds windshear and the valley. Got everything corrected on short final.
