Narrative:
Enroute at FL350 we had an ECAM; yellow hydraulic low pressure came on. Complied with ECAM actions; then called dispatch and maintenance and agreed to continue to destination. We declared an emergency and had the emergency vehicles standing by. The landing was normal and we taxied to the gate.

Title: A319 flight crew experiences a Yellow hydraulic system low pressure ECAM at FL350. After complying with ECAM actions flight continues to destination where an emergency is declared prior to a normal landing.
