Narrative:
After takeoff we experienced a right 14TH stage duct warning message during initial climb out. We then declared an emergency;then completed the QRH items and returned for an emergency landing. We exited the runway and were met by the rescue vehicles. We then proceeded to communicate with the fire marshall and told him to let us know if there was any smoke coming from the brakes. He said there was some smoke emitting from the brakes and as a precautionary measure would like to have the passengers exit the aircraft. So we evacuated out the main cabin door;there were no injuries and no damage to the aircraft.
