Narrative:
I work for a scheduled air carrier with approved weight and balance procedures. A client requested a charter beyond the weight and balance limitations of an small aircraft a. The customer attempted to obtain transportation from another service operating similar aircraft. This other carrier refused to transport on a single aircraft. The customer then chartered a small aircraft from FBO who transported all 6 passenger with baggage to a destination that was beyond the weight and balance capability of the aircraft. The destination was good news bay.

Narrative: I WORK FOR A SCHEDULED ACR WITH APPROVED WT AND BAL PROCS. A CLIENT REQUESTED A CHARTER BEYOND THE WT AND BAL LIMITATIONS OF AN SMA A. THE CUSTOMER ATTEMPTED TO OBTAIN TRANSPORTATION FROM ANOTHER SVC OPERATING SIMILAR ACFT. THIS OTHER CARRIER REFUSED TO TRANSPORT ON A SINGLE ACFT. THE CUSTOMER THEN CHARTERED A SMA FROM FBO WHO TRANSPORTED ALL 6 PAX WITH BAGGAGE TO A DEST THAT WAS BEYOND THE WT AND BAL CAPABILITY OF THE ACFT. THE DEST WAS good news BAY.
