Narrative:
Departure control from dfw directed above flight out of TCA at 2000/4000 MSL. This is a part 121 air carrier operation and creating undue hazards to passengers and crew. In discussing this problem with ATC (dfw) their attitude is that there are jets and then the other aircraft.

Title: REGIONAL ACR ACFT ARE VECTORED OUTSIDE THE DFW TCA.
Narrative: DEP CTL FROM DFW DIRECTED ABOVE FLT OUT OF TCA AT 2000/4000 MSL. THIS IS A PART 121 AIR CARRIER OPERATION AND CREATING UNDUE HAZARDS TO PAXS AND CREW. IN DISCUSSING THIS PROB WITH ATC (DFW) THEIR ATTITUDE IS THAT THERE ARE JETS AND THEN THE OTHER ACFT.
