Narrative:
In cruise flight the first officer's side window cracked in three places. We followed the emergency/abnormal procedures and ATC; company system and maintenance controls. We declared an emergency and landed without further incident. Crash fire rescue equipment vehicles followed us to the gate and we deplaned normally.

Title: When the First Officer's side view window cracked in three places the flight crew of a CRJ-700 declared an emergency; performed the appropriate emergency procedures; and landed safely at their nearby destination.
Narrative: In cruise flight the First Officer's side window cracked in three places. We followed the emergency/abnormal procedures and ATC; company System and Maintenance Controls. We declared an emergency and landed without further incident. CFR vehicles followed us to the gate and we deplaned normally.
