Narrative:
Small transport observed at 11 O'clock, northbound, same altitude, passed to left in a slight bank to right. Small transport crew reported the incident to tyr tower as a near miss. This pilot responded to tyr tower with acknowledgement of incident. Had monitored tyr tower since leaving the tyr traffic area.

Narrative: SMT OBSERVED AT 11 O'CLOCK, NBND, SAME ALT, PASSED TO L IN A SLIGHT BANK TO R. SMT CREW RPTED THE INCIDENT TO TYR TWR AS A NEAR MISS. THIS PLT RESPONDED TO TYR TWR WITH ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF INCIDENT. HAD MONITORED TYR TWR SINCE LEAVING THE TYR TFC AREA.
