Narrative:
As we taxied out we received a final weight manifest. The weight and balance was adjusted in the FMS to reflect the changes published on the manifest. Five minutes after takeoff we received a second 'final weight manifest' time stamped 26 minutes later than the first. The two manifests were 3;324 pounds different. Contacted dispatch imputed the updated weights and continued to our destination.
