EMS flight. Pilot inadvertently climbed to 2100', 200' above floor of TCA, southwest portion of inner circle. Caused no traffic conflicts. Was already descending when notified by radar of violation. Acknowledged transmission and continued descent to below floor of TCA. Nothing further commented on by ZZZ. Caused by inattention of pilot.

Narrative: EMS FLT. PLT INADVERTENTLY CLIMBED TO 2100', 200' ABOVE FLOOR OF TCA, SW PORTION OF INNER CIRCLE. CAUSED NO TFC CONFLICTS. WAS ALREADY DSNDING WHEN NOTIFIED BY RADAR OF VIOLATION.
