Narrative:

The problem arose when the high altitude controller failed to stop the aircraft at the coordinated altitude (coordination was done 3 times). I, as the super high altitude controller, failed to catch the mistake on initial contact with the aircraft. As soon as I realized the aircraft was assigned a higher altitude, I tried to stop him, and descend him back down. Separation was lost while trying to do this.
