Narrative:
I was working the local control position when small aircraft Y called ready to go. I told him to 'taxi into position and hold runway 20', because there was an small transport making a low approach to runway 25, an intersecting runway, and entering right traffic to runway 16. I advised the small transport to enter right traffic to runway 16 and to extend his downwind to follow small aircraft X west of the airport. I was questioned by the final approach controller as to what was happening with small aircraft X. I replied I was looking for him. When I saw small aircraft X he was on left base for runway 2. I advised small aircraft X he was on left base for runway 2, and he replied affirmative and that he was turning final. I cleared small aircraft X to land on runway 2 and advised him he was brought in to runway 20. Then small aircraft Y replied 'does he know there is another airplane on the other end of the runway?' I then tried to send the aircraft around. Small aircraft X landed on runway 2 and was given instructions to contact ground control.

Title: AN SMA LANDED ON A RWY OCCUPIED BY ANOTHER ACFT.
Narrative: I WAS WORKING THE LCL CTL POSITION WHEN SMA Y CALLED READY TO GO. I TOLD HIM TO 'TAXI INTO POSITION AND HOLD RWY 20', BECAUSE THERE WAS AN SMT MAKING A LOW APCH TO RWY 25, AN INTERSECTING RWY, AND ENTERING RIGHT TFC TO RWY 16. I ADVISED THE SMT TO ENTER RIGHT TFC TO RWY 16 AND TO EXTEND HIS DOWNWIND TO FOLLOW SMA X WEST OF THE ARPT. I WAS QUESTIONED BY THE FINAL APCH CTLR AS TO WHAT WAS HAPPENING WITH SMA X. I REPLIED I WAS LOOKING FOR HIM. WHEN I SAW SMA X HE WAS ON LEFT BASE FOR RWY 2. I ADVISED SMA X HE WAS ON LEFT BASE FOR RWY 2, AND HE REPLIED AFFIRMATIVE AND THAT HE WAS TURNING FINAL. I CLRED SMA X TO LAND ON RWY 2 AND ADVISED HIM HE WAS BROUGHT IN TO RWY 20. THEN SMA Y REPLIED 'DOES HE KNOW THERE IS ANOTHER AIRPLANE ON THE OTHER END OF THE RWY?' I THEN TRIED TO SEND THE ACFT AROUND. SMA X LANDED ON RWY 2 AND WAS GIVEN INSTRUCTIONS TO CONTACT GND CTL.
