Narrative:
Bmb X was on altrv 'brave warrior' in IR473. I was the radar controller on sector 6. Bmb X was approximately 5 west of bil approach's airspace established in IR473. He suddenly turned east and climbed to 13,200'. He then called sector 7 and the sector 7 controller sent him to my frequency. I identified the aircraft and immediately called bil approach. The bil controller stated 'no problem, I see him'. I then notified my supervisor. Bmb X never squawked 7700 and never declared an emergency. He was never in conflict with any other aircraft. My supervisor checked into the incident and stated 'don't worry about it, he didn't get close to anyone'.
