Narrative:
I first spotted small aircraft X when it was 2 mi north of columbia airport prior to entering a left downwind for runway 02. I sequenced him behind small transport Y that was 1 mi southeast on a right base to runway 02. When small transport Y was over the threshold of runway 02 I cleared small aircraft X to land and 30 seconds later small transport Y turned off of the runway. When small aircraft X was on short final, he started weaving then he hit the runway and porpoised. Small aircraft X hit the runway 1 or 2 more times and then his nose gear collapsed. After small aircraft X's nose gear collapsed he skidded on his nose and rear landing gear and stopped at intersection delta and runway 02. I then observed 2 individuals get out of the aircraft and walk to intersection delta. It appeared to me that no injuries were sustained by either person.

Title: SMA PORPOISED ON LNDG RESULTING IN A COLLAPSED NOSE GEAR.
Narrative: I FIRST SPOTTED SMA X WHEN IT WAS 2 MI N OF COLUMBIA ARPT PRIOR TO ENTERING A LEFT DOWNWIND FOR RWY 02. I SEQUENCED HIM BEHIND SMT Y THAT WAS 1 MI SE ON A RIGHT BASE TO RWY 02. WHEN SMT Y WAS OVER THE THRESHOLD OF RWY 02 I CLRED SMA X TO LAND AND 30 SECONDS LATER SMT Y TURNED OFF OF THE RWY. WHEN SMA X WAS ON SHORT FINAL, HE STARTED WEAVING THEN HE HIT THE RWY AND PORPOISED. SMA X HIT THE RWY 1 OR 2 MORE TIMES AND THEN HIS NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED. AFTER SMA X'S NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED HE SKIDDED ON HIS NOSE AND REAR LNDG GEAR AND STOPPED AT INTXN DELTA AND RWY 02. I THEN OBSERVED 2 INDIVIDUALS GET OUT OF THE ACFT AND WALK TO INTXN DELTA. IT APPEARED TO ME THAT NO INJURIES WERE SUSTAINED BY EITHER PERSON.
