Narrative:
At 3000' MSL, aircraft started unscheduled, unselected 30 degree bank to left while departing sna in the LNAV mode during the musel 5 departure. The flight crew determined this to be the incorrect flight path after approximately 20 seconds, and began a standard rate turn back on course for the musel intersection. At approximately that time ATC also noticed the deviation and directed a turn back to the right. Approximately incursion from course, 1-2 mi.
