Narrative:
We were cleared for a visibility approach runway 27 at sad by approach control. We followed the current TCA chart for that area, but nonetheless were informed we had descended below the floor of the TCA. We (both first officer and I) disagreed with the call.

Narrative: WE WERE CLRED FOR A VIS APCH RWY 27 AT SAD BY APCH CTL. WE FOLLOWED THE CURRENT TCA CHART FOR THAT AREA, BUT NONETHELESS WERE INFORMED WE HAD DSNDED BELOW THE FLOOR OF THE TCA. WE (BOTH F/O AND I) DISAGREED WITH THE CALL.
