Narrative:
The flight was a return from clemson, sc, to wilgrove, 8AG, nc. IMC made 8a6 impossible, so IFR flight plan was made to clt. After intercepting the localizer on 36R ILS, with landing gear down, my panel lights went out. I found my flashlight and as I regained control tower informed me I was below MSA before FAF, which I corrected, and also that I was off the localizer. Correction was initiated immediately. I found navigation large transport circuit breaker open and I reclosed it. The panel lights were back on and I was stabilized on the G/south. The breaker again opened and again I became overwhelmed, and instinctively, I pulled back on the yoke to prepare for a go around, but then decided my chances were better to continue the approach. With the flashlight, I completed the approach and broke out above the runway and to the west side. At about 200' AGL, it took a few seconds to realize where I was. I reported the runway and landed. Because I had been worked in ahead of several aircraft coming in, I had been asked how fast I could fly. They were in a rush for me to get off the runway. When I stopped I didn't know where I was. I reported to tower that I was lost, and I thought I might be close to the end on runway 36R. I turned right and I was on another runway. I turned right again to get off of it as soon as possible. Clt ground asked if I was on a taxiway and I responded 'yes.' they told me to continue and I ended up on runway 36R again. Ground was obviously angry and told me to phone the tower when I got inside. The tower rep asked me why I got back on the active runway. I responded that I was lost and was not familiar with the taxi network at clt. They reported it as a deviation to the FAA.

Title: GA SMA UNAUTH RWY ENTRY AFTER LNDG.
Narrative: THE FLT WAS A RETURN FROM CLEMSON, SC, TO WILGROVE, 8AG, NC. IMC MADE 8A6 IMPOSSIBLE, SO IFR FLT PLAN WAS MADE TO CLT. AFTER INTERCEPTING THE LOC ON 36R ILS, WITH LNDG GEAR DOWN, MY PANEL LIGHTS WENT OUT. I FOUND MY FLASHLIGHT AND AS I REGAINED CTL TWR INFORMED ME I WAS BELOW MSA BEFORE FAF, WHICH I CORRECTED, AND ALSO THAT I WAS OFF THE LOC. CORRECTION WAS INITIATED IMMEDIATELY. I FOUND NAV LGT CB OPEN AND I RECLOSED IT. THE PANEL LIGHTS WERE BACK ON AND I WAS STABILIZED ON THE G/S. THE BREAKER AGAIN OPENED AND AGAIN I BECAME OVERWHELMED, AND INSTINCTIVELY, I PULLED BACK ON THE YOKE TO PREPARE FOR A GAR, BUT THEN DECIDED MY CHANCES WERE BETTER TO CONTINUE THE APCH. WITH THE FLASHLIGHT, I COMPLETED THE APCH AND BROKE OUT ABOVE THE RWY AND TO THE W SIDE. AT ABOUT 200' AGL, IT TOOK A FEW SECS TO REALIZE WHERE I WAS. I RPTED THE RWY AND LANDED. BECAUSE I HAD BEEN WORKED IN AHEAD OF SEVERAL ACFT COMING IN, I HAD BEEN ASKED HOW FAST I COULD FLY. THEY WERE IN A RUSH FOR ME TO GET OFF THE RWY. WHEN I STOPPED I DIDN'T KNOW WHERE I WAS. I RPTED TO TWR THAT I WAS LOST, AND I THOUGHT I MIGHT BE CLOSE TO THE END ON RWY 36R. I TURNED RIGHT AND I WAS ON ANOTHER RWY. I TURNED RIGHT AGAIN TO GET OFF OF IT ASAP. CLT GND ASKED IF I WAS ON A TXWY AND I RESPONDED 'YES.' THEY TOLD ME TO CONTINUE AND I ENDED UP ON RWY 36R AGAIN. GND WAS OBVIOUSLY ANGRY AND TOLD ME TO PHONE THE TWR WHEN I GOT INSIDE. THE TWR REP ASKED ME WHY I GOT BACK ON THE ACTIVE RWY. I RESPONDED THAT I WAS LOST AND WAS NOT FAMILIAR WITH THE TAXI NETWORK AT CLT. THEY RPTED IT AS A DEVIATION TO THE FAA.
