Narrative:
Small aircraft taxied from taxiway 'a' cutting across the taxiway, across the helicopter parking area, straight towards our parking area, paying no attention to who/what was around him and cut us off. We had to come to an abrupt stop to avoid colliding into him. The pilot of the small aircraft did not follow the correct taxiing procedures by following the txwys to FBO. On top of all that, he was taxiing too fast!
