Narrative:
Nga X, an small aircraft was cleared to land runway 7L at deer valley airport. Nga X landed on taxiway alpha. Taxiway alpha is adjacent and parallel to runway 7L. A 8020-17 and 8020-8 was filled out and submitted to management. I was working both local and controller in charge. No traffic was on the taxiway. A higher tower cabin attendant could correct the problem from the controller's point of view. A yellow south line on the taxiway could help the pilot.
