Narrative:
Crossing the gck VOR, I called out to my first officer the outbnd radial along 5-18 from gck VOR, and the inbound radial to lvs VOR. About 30 DME outbnd from gck VOR, ATC asked us what course we were tracking. A quick look (closer this time) revealed that we were tracking an erroneous and adjacent arwy, J96. I acknowledged something to the effect that the winds were stronger that I through, and that we were correcting back to course. I estimate that, since we were about 10 radials right of the proper course, we were at or slightly more than 5 mi off centerline. I found it ironic that this was the only leg of the arwy I briefed the outbnd and inbound leg of the arwy all, out loud to my cockpit-mate. He did not pick up my outbnd error. The fold of the map shows 5 outbnd arwy legs, and the proper course was on one fold and all the others were on the other fold.

Narrative: XING THE GCK VOR, I CALLED OUT TO MY F/O THE OUTBND RADIAL ALONG 5-18 FROM GCK VOR, AND THE INBND RADIAL TO LVS VOR. I FOUND IT IRONIC THAT THIS WAS THE ONLY LEG OF THE ARWY I BRIEFED THE OUTBND AND INBND LEG OF THE ARWY ALL, OUT LOUD TO MY COCKPIT-MATE. HE DID NOT PICK UP MY OUTBND ERROR. THE FOLD OF THE MAP SHOWS 5 OUTBND ARWY LEGS, AND THE PROPER COURSE WAS ON ONE FOLD AND ALL THE OTHERS WERE ON THE OTHER FOLD.
