Narrative:

On climb out out of lax, we were cleared to FL230. At 12000 ft, we responded immediately to an RA to descend. (A VFR light twin engine was at 11 O'clock position, level at 12500 ft. Then ZLA gave us an immediate turn to the right heading 080 degrees. After we were clear of conflict, we continued our climb. Out of 13500 ft we received another momentary RA to stop climb for another aircraft (a B737 level at 14000 ft, descending to vny). Center then gave us a turn to the left and we then had an uneventful climb to altitude. The first TCASII RA forced center to turn us to the right which created a second TCASII RA, as we continued our climb.

Title: LGT FLC DSNDED IN RESPONSE TO A TCASII RA DURING CLBOUT AND THEN WAS GIVEN HDG CHANGE TO AVOID A LIGHT TWIN LEVEL JUST ABOVE THE ALT THROUGH WHICH THEY WOULD BE CLBING. SUBSEQUENTLY, THEY HAD ANOTHER TCASII RA FOR AN ACFT JUST ABOVE TO WHICH ARTCC GAVE ANOTHER HDG CHANGE. THIS CONFLICT WAS CAUSED BY MAKING THE FIRST HDG CHANGE REQUESTED BY ARTCC CTLR.

Narrative: ON CLBOUT OUT OF LAX, WE WERE CLRED TO FL230. AT 12000 FT, WE RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY TO AN RA TO DSND. (A VFR LIGHT TWIN ENG WAS AT 11 O'CLOCK POS, LEVEL AT 12500 FT. THEN ZLA GAVE US AN IMMEDIATE TURN TO THE R HDG 080 DEGS. AFTER WE WERE CLR OF CONFLICT, WE CONTINUED OUR CLB. OUT OF 13500 FT WE RECEIVED ANOTHER MOMENTARY RA TO STOP CLB FOR ANOTHER ACFT (A B737 LEVEL AT 14000 FT, DSNDING TO VNY). CTR THEN GAVE US A TURN TO THE L AND WE THEN HAD AN UNEVENTFUL CLB TO ALT. THE FIRST TCASII RA FORCED CTR TO TURN US TO THE R WHICH CREATED A SECOND TCASII RA, AS WE CONTINUED OUR CLB.
