Narrative:
Aircraft on left downwind turned base in front of small aircraft X on right base. The left base traffic was sequenced to follow small aircraft X. Without BRITE radar I was not able to detect the collision hazard in time. Small aircraft X took evasive action and avoided the near midair.

Title: LNDG ACFT CAME IN CLOSE PROX TO ANOTHER LNDG ACFT RESULTING IN ONE ACFT TAKING EVASIVE ACTION.
Narrative: ACFT ON LEFT DOWNWIND TURNED BASE IN FRONT OF SMA X ON RIGHT BASE. THE LEFT BASE TFC WAS SEQUENCED TO FOLLOW SMA X. WITHOUT BRITE RADAR I WAS NOT ABLE TO DETECT THE COLLISION HAZARD IN TIME. SMA X TOOK EVASIVE ACTION AND AVOIDED THE NEAR MIDAIR.
