Narrative:

I was PIC returning to pne from leesburg, va, on an IFR flight plan at 5000 ft with 4 souls on board. Phl approach cleared me for an ILS approach to runway 24 at pne from yardley VOR. Phl approach passed me to pne tower. I reported my position as inbound at the OM. Pne tower asked my intentions. I responded, 'full stop landing.' pne tower instructed, 'cleared to land runway 24.' response, 'roger.' I cleared the clouds at 550 ft. Upon touchdown at the numbers (runway 24) and during the normal roll out, my attention was momentarily distracted by an airsick passenger who required a comfort bag, brought about by the turbulence in the descent. I secured a comfort bag from the rear of the copilot's seat and presented it to the discomforted passenger. I looked to my left as I neared runway 33-15 and observed what appeared to be a single engine small aircraft rotating. I braked and stopped clear of runway 33. This aircraft cleared my aircraft approximately 150-200 ft. With no communication from the tower, I saw a twin engine aircraft preparing for takeoff at runway 33 and not wanting to delay it or perhaps cause a missed approach for someone on the active ILS 24, I released the brakes and proceeded quickly across runway 33 and exited runway 24 onto the first taxiway and held awaiting further instructions from the tower. Tower then instructed me to call them by phone. I complied by giving them my name, address, phone number(south) and my description of the incident. The controller informed me the pilot of the small aircraft claimed they had to take evasive action. I restated the pilot had rotated well clear of my aircraft and was 150-200 ft overhead before I neared the intersection of runway 33.

Title: SMA DEPARTING CAME IN CLOSE PROX TO ANOTHER SMA ROLLING OUT ON INTERSECTING RWY.

Narrative: I WAS PIC RETURNING TO PNE FROM LEESBURG, VA, ON AN IFR FLT PLAN AT 5000 FT WITH 4 SOULS ON BOARD. PHL APCH CLRED ME FOR AN ILS APCH TO RWY 24 AT PNE FROM YARDLEY VOR. PHL APCH PASSED ME TO PNE TWR. I REPORTED MY POSITION AS INBND AT THE OM. PNE TWR ASKED MY INTENTIONS. I RESPONDED, 'FULL STOP LNDG.' PNE TWR INSTRUCTED, 'CLRED TO LAND RWY 24.' RESPONSE, 'ROGER.' I CLRED THE CLOUDS AT 550 FT. UPON TOUCHDOWN AT THE NUMBERS (RWY 24) AND DURING THE NORMAL ROLL OUT, MY ATTN WAS MOMENTARILY DISTRACTED BY AN AIRSICK PAX WHO REQUIRED A COMFORT BAG, BROUGHT ABOUT BY THE TURBULENCE IN THE DSCNT. I SECURED A COMFORT BAG FROM THE REAR OF THE COPLT'S SEAT AND PRESENTED IT TO THE DISCOMFORTED PAX. I LOOKED TO MY LEFT AS I NEARED RWY 33-15 AND OBSERVED WHAT APPEARED TO BE A SINGLE ENGINE SMA ROTATING. I BRAKED AND STOPPED CLEAR OF RWY 33. THIS ACFT CLRED MY ACFT APPROX 150-200 FT. WITH NO COM FROM THE TWR, I SAW A TWIN ENGINE ACFT PREPARING FOR TKOF AT RWY 33 AND NOT WANTING TO DELAY IT OR PERHAPS CAUSE A MISSED APCH FOR SOMEONE ON THE ACTIVE ILS 24, I RELEASED THE BRAKES AND PROCEEDED QUICKLY ACROSS RWY 33 AND EXITED RWY 24 ONTO THE FIRST TXWY AND HELD AWAITING FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS FROM THE TWR. TWR THEN INSTRUCTED ME TO CALL THEM BY PHONE. I COMPLIED BY GIVING THEM MY NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER(S) AND MY DESCRIPTION OF THE INCIDENT. THE CTLR INFORMED ME THE PLT OF THE SMA CLAIMED THEY HAD TO TAKE EVASIVE ACTION. I RESTATED THE PLT HAD ROTATED WELL CLEAR OF MY ACFT AND WAS 150-200 FT OVERHEAD BEFORE I NEARED THE INTXN OF RWY 33.
