Narrative:
While taxiing out for takeoff, wind gust instantly blew tail of aircraft straight up in air, overturning aircraft completely. Frontal type activity (frontal passage) in area at time of occurrence. Reported winds on ATIS and WX information received from FSS was not timely enough to update pilot of magnitude of wind activity in area at the time.
