Was given rerte change from 60N 20W to 61N 20W. This change was not understood and proceeded on original route to 60N 20W. No conflict occurred but was advised of our navigation error. Supplemental information from acn 146514. Approximately 200 mi off. Supplemental information from acn 146864. I should have double check navigation data in INS.

Narrative: WAS GIVEN RERTE CHANGE FROM 60N 20W TO 61N 20W. THIS CHANGE WAS NOT UNDERSTOOD AND PROCEEDED ON ORIGINAL RTE TO 60N 20W. NO CONFLICT OCCURRED BUT WAS ADVISED OF OUR NAV ERROR. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 146514. APPROX 200 MI OFF. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 146864. I SHOULD HAVE DOUBLE CHK NAV DATA IN INS.
