Narrative:
Departed syr. On climbout flaps would not retract hydraulically. Tried to retract and extend flaps hydraulically with no results. Extended flaps to 25 degrees by alternate method and landed west/O incident.

Title: UNABLE TO RETRACT WING FLAPS AFTER TKOF FROM SYR.
Narrative: DEPARTED SYR. ON CLIMBOUT FLAPS WOULD NOT RETRACT HYDRAULICALLY. TRIED TO RETRACT AND EXTEND FLAPS HYDRAULICALLY WITH NO RESULTS. EXTENDED FLAPS TO 25 DEGS BY ALTERNATE METHOD AND LANDED W/O INCIDENT.
