Narrative:
I was lined up on the departure end of runway 16 at fhr. An small aircraft X had called his position on the right downwind, so I had moved into position for takeoff while an small aircraft Y rolled to the end of the runway having missed the mid-field intersection. The small aircraft Y on rollout had not cleared the runway when I heard the small aircraft X which had called downwind report he was doing a go around. 1-2 seconds later he passed overhead at approximately 100' executing a go around. The small aircraft X executing the go around only called the downwind. He failed to report his position on base leg or final. Since the late phase of the downwind and base are not visible due ot trees and hills, it is essential that all pilots report their position in the traffic pattern at fhr. I had visually checked traffic and had announced my intentions of positioning and departing. Still the small aircraft X pilot failed to make any announcement.

Title: CLOSE PROX ATX-SMT GA-SMA AT NON TWR ARPT.
Narrative: I WAS LINED UP ON THE DEP END OF RWY 16 AT FHR. AN SMA X HAD CALLED HIS POS ON THE RIGHT DOWNWIND, SO I HAD MOVED INTO POS FOR TKOF WHILE AN SMA Y ROLLED TO THE END OF THE RWY HAVING MISSED THE MID-FIELD INTXN. THE SMA Y ON ROLLOUT HAD NOT CLRED THE RWY WHEN I HEARD THE SMA X WHICH HAD CALLED DOWNWIND RPT HE WAS DOING A GAR. 1-2 SECS LATER HE PASSED OVERHEAD AT APPROX 100' EXECUTING A GAR. THE SMA X EXECUTING THE GAR ONLY CALLED THE DOWNWIND. HE FAILED TO RPT HIS POS ON BASE LEG OR FINAL. SINCE THE LATE PHASE OF THE DOWNWIND AND BASE ARE NOT VISIBLE DUE OT TREES AND HILLS, IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT ALL PLTS RPT THEIR POS IN THE TFC PATTERN AT FHR. I HAD VISUALLY CHKED TFC AND HAD ANNOUNCED MY INTENTIONS OF POSITIONING AND DEPARTING. STILL THE SMA X PLT FAILED TO MAKE ANY ANNOUNCEMENT.
