Narrative:

I was flying from D87 to toledo, oh, at a cruising altitude of 11000' MSL. Flight had been handed off to ZOB ARTCC, sector nearest toledo arsa airspace. I was directed to descend to 7000' MSL. When reaching 10600' MSL another aircraft, an small transport, was coming from the east heading west at approximately 10500' MSL. I immediately took evasive action to avoid a midair accident with second aircraft. I contacted ATC and advised them of what had occurred and proceeded to toledo.
