Narrative:
Loss of cabin pressure at 33000'. Descended to 10000' and returned to den at that altitude. Followed normal procedures. The cabin just started to climb at a rate of 1500 FPM, which is maximum rate. Could not control via automatic press or manual means. Crew did outstanding job.

Title: ACR MLG PUT INTO AN EMERGENCY DESCENT AFTER IT IS APPARENT THAT THE RATE OF CLIMB IN THE CABIN IS NOT UNDER CONTROL. LOSS OF CABIN PRESSURE.
Narrative: LOSS OF CABIN PRESSURE AT 33000'. DSNDED TO 10000' AND RETURNED TO DEN AT THAT ALT. FOLLOWED NORMAL PROCS. THE CABIN JUST STARTED TO CLB AT A RATE OF 1500 FPM, WHICH IS MAX RATE. COULD NOT CTL VIA AUTO PRESS OR MANUAL MEANS. CREW DID OUTSTANDING JOB.
