Narrative:

We were cleared to taxi to runway 18, hold short of runway 15. After getting clearance to cross runway 15, we started rolling toward runway 15 when we noticed a small aircraft small aircraft Y on takeoff roll. We stopped short of the runway (beyond the hold short line) and the small aircraft aborted his takeoff to turn around about 100' away from us. Ground control acknowledged the conflict.

Narrative: WE WERE CLRED TO TAXI TO RWY 18, HOLD SHORT OF RWY 15. AFTER GETTING CLRNC TO CROSS RWY 15, WE STARTED ROLLING TOWARD RWY 15 WHEN WE NOTICED A SMALL ACFT SMA Y ON TKOF ROLL.
