Narrative:
On final approach to ZZZ; the stab out of trim light came on steady at 5;000 feet. The captain was flying. He disconnected the autopilot [only] to discover that the stab trim would not trim aft electrically. Both trim switches were tried and neither would trim aft electrically. The aircraft would trim manually in either direction. We identified as an emergency aircraft; completed all checklists and landed uneventfully.
