Narrative:
After landing on runway 27L at cve the tower told us to roll through crossing runway 18 west/O delay. The captain did not hear this instruction and applied brakes to stop aircraft to get off runway 27L before crossing runway 18. I told the captain to 'roll through' the intersecting runway since I believed he had not heard the towers instructions. The tower then came back very angrily and told us to toll through runway 18. The captain added power but the aircraft was slow to accelerate. As we were crossing runway 18 another aircraft was in the landing flare on runway 18. We xed runway 18 west/O incident.

Title: POTENTIAL CONFLICT BETWEEN TWO LNDG ACFT USING MULTIPLE RWY OPERATION INTERSECTING RWYS.
Narrative: AFTER LNDG ON RWY 27L AT CVE THE TWR TOLD US TO ROLL THROUGH XING RWY 18 W/O DELAY. THE CAPT DID NOT HEAR THIS INSTRUCTION AND APPLIED BRAKES TO STOP ACFT TO GET OFF RWY 27L BEFORE XING RWY 18. I TOLD THE CAPT TO 'ROLL THROUGH' THE INTERSECTING RWY SINCE I BELIEVED HE HAD NOT HEARD THE TWRS INSTRUCTIONS. THE TWR THEN CAME BACK VERY ANGRILY AND TOLD US TO TOLL THROUGH RWY 18. THE CAPT ADDED PWR BUT THE ACFT WAS SLOW TO ACCELERATE. AS WE WERE XING RWY 18 ANOTHER ACFT WAS IN THE LNDG FLARE ON RWY 18. WE XED RWY 18 W/O INCIDENT.
