Narrative:
After assuring that the airplane received the amount of fuel requested and with the fuel receipt on hand (364 gals) we tried 3 unsuccessful starts. Mechanics came to fix the airplane changing the starter generator and igniters. Finally we departed for sju international airport from st lucia airport. The whole flight was normal and uneventful until we got to sju airport where on downwind we had a flameout on #2 engine. We proceeded with the single engine procedures and I made an uneventful singe engine landing. The company claims fuel starvation. I have in my possession fuel receipts of the night before and the day after where clearly shows that I had the fuel required for the flts I made.
