Narrative:
ATC vectored air carrier X too close to air carrier Y, which was co-located at our altitude. My aircraft was TCAS equipped and issued an RA to climb to avoid collision. RA was performed and ATC notified of deviation. Problem was caused by overworked ATC controller!

Title: ACR X HAD LESS THAN STANDARD RADAR SEPARATION FROM ACR Y. SYSTEM ERROR. TCASII RA EVASIVE ACTION TAKEN.
Narrative: ATC VECTORED ACR X TOO CLOSE TO ACR Y, WHICH WAS CO-LOCATED AT OUR ALT. MY ACFT WAS TCAS EQUIPPED AND ISSUED AN RA TO CLB TO AVOID COLLISION. RA WAS PERFORMED AND ATC NOTIFIED OF DEVIATION. PROB WAS CAUSED BY OVERWORKED ATC CTLR!
