Narrative:

I was carrying automatic parts for gm from chicago to oshawa, canada. The flight originated from kitty hawk, and was subcontracted to my company. Kitty hawk was taking care of the customs and getting the airport open for the flight. The canadian NOTAMS for the airport said it would be open at xa:00 am local, when in fact the airport opened at xa:30 local. The airport authority did not give the necessary clearance to kitty hawk, which did not give it to my company, which did not give it to me. I landed at a closed airport at xa:10 local. The best way to solve this problem is in the future is to get the 'clearance #' into the airport before I takeoff. The computer problem is not my fault, but I might get blamed for it.
