Narrative:
Departed green bay on a solo x-country flight to lnr with 2 1/2 hours of fuel on board. Estimated time to lnr was 1.4 hours. Was unable to locate airport and circled around to try and locate airport, using up my reserve fuel. Contacted FSS who provided assistance to locate airport. To prevent recurrence or to correct the situation, I should have filled up with fuel at green bay.
